We will refrain from providing an advice that would expose our customers to a safety compromising situation. Customer agrees not to hold "TAA HAVC SERVICES" or its employee(s) liable for any damage that may occur to their equipment(s) in case the customer goes beyond the provided advice and performed any action on their own.

We might ask for equipment information (Brand name, model #, serial #...) to help with resolving an issue, and or providing the help needed.
